Preconstruction
RC’s design phase services offer significant advantages to projects of every scope and size. During preconstruction, we use our proprietary database of construction information compiled from over a number of projects to create highly accurate cost models. Our depth of experience also allows us to determine the constructability of your project and develop detailed construction schedules that are realistic and meet your needs.
Preconstruction is a significant piece of the construction services we provide; we also manage the construction phase, and can use our own crews to self-perform portions of the work or enlist prequalified subcontractors who meet our high standards for quality and cost-consciousness.
